Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, and lead follow-up.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance and financial services products.
  • Conduct policy reviews and identify opportunities for additional coverage.
  • Meet and exceed individual and agency sales goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ongoing support.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to support agency growth and success.
Qualifications
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and results-oriented.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
  • Comfortable with sales, outbound calls, and developing new business.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Previous sales, insurance, or financial services experience preferred.
  • Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses preferred, or willingness to obtain required licenses.

Compensation $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
