ABOUT OUR AGENCYI opened my agency in 2010 and we’re currently a growing team of two with big plans for what’s next. Before becoming an agent, I worked with State Farm, which gave me a strong foundation in the business and a clear understanding of what it takes to build a successful agency.I’m married and have three kids, so I understand the value of work-life balance and creating an environment where people can work hard, hit goals, and still have a life outside of the office. For our team, we offer work-life balance and licensing reimbursement, along with the opportunity to be part of an agency that’s focused on growth and long-term success. Our culture is competitive in a positive way — we’re goal-oriented, driven, and motivated to win. We’re looking for a self-starter who is self-motivated, competitive, and ready to grow with us. If you want to be part of something that’s building momentum and where your effort truly makes an impact, we’d love to connect.ROLE DESCRIPTION
